Chin-to-Chest Stretch
A gentle static stretch to release tension in the neck flexors by tilting the chin toward the chest.

How to do it
- Sit or stand with a straight back.
- Gently lower your chin toward your chest.
- Relax your shoulders and feel the stretch along your neck.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
- Slowly return to neutral.
