Chin-to-Chest Stretch

A gentle static stretch to release tension in the neck flexors by tilting the chin toward the chest.

How to do it

  1. Sit or stand with a straight back.
  2. Gently lower your chin toward your chest.
  3. Relax your shoulders and feel the stretch along your neck.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.
  5. Slowly return to neutral.
