Incline Leg Hip Raise

A core exercise where legs and hips are raised while lying on an incline, targeting the lower abdominals.

How to do it

  1. Lie face up on an incline bench and grip the handles behind your head.
  2. Extend your legs straight and keep them together.
  3. Raise your legs towards your chest, lifting your hips off the bench.
  4. Pause at the top, focusing on contracting your abs.
  5. Lower your legs under control to the starting position.
