How to do it
- Lie face up on an incline bench and grip the handles behind your head.
- Extend your legs straight and keep them together.
- Raise your legs towards your chest, lifting your hips off the bench.
- Pause at the top, focusing on contracting your abs.
- Lower your legs under control to the starting position.
