Lying Leg Raise

A bodyweight exercise that targets the lower abdominal muscles by lifting the legs while lying flat.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back, legs straight.
  2. Keep arms at your sides or under hips.
  3. Lift legs upward, keeping knees straight.
  4. Raise legs until hips come up slightly.
  5. Lower legs slowly without touching the floor.

  • Keep lower back down

  • Avoid swinging

  • Arching lower back
