Medicine Ball Wall Sit-Up

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor facing a wall, knees bent.
  2. Hold a medicine ball at your chest.
  3. Lie back, then perform a sit-up.
  4. At the top, throw the ball against the wall.
  5. Catch the rebound and lower back down.
