Sit-Up

How to do it

  1. Lie down with knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Cross arms over chest or place hands behind head.
  3. Engage your core and raise your torso towards your knees.
  4. Pause briefly at the top.
  5. Slowly lower back to starting position.

Breathing

Exhale on the ascent, inhale on the descent.
