How to do it

  1. Begin in a plank position with hands close together under your chest.
  2. Keep your core tight and body in a straight line.
  3. Lower your chest toward the hands, elbows tucked by your sides.
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom without touching the floor.
  5. Press up to the starting position.
