EZ Bar Biceps Curl

How to do it

  1. Grip the EZ bar at angled sections, palms facing up.
  2. Stand tall with arms fully extended and elbows anchored.
  3. Curl the bar upward, contracting the biceps.
  4. Pause and squeeze at the top.
  5. Lower the bar down slowly.

Form cues

  • Keep elbows stationary
  • Use full range of motion
  • Don't swing the bar
  • Control tempo

Common mistakes

  • Using momentum
  • Letting elbows move forward
  • Partial reps

Breathing

Exhale as you lift, inhale lowering the bar.
