How to do it

  1. Step onto the treadmill and position feet on the sides.
  2. Select preferred speed and incline.
  3. Begin running, holding onto the handrails if necessary for balance.
  4. Focus on smooth strides and upright posture.
  5. Cool down by gradually reducing speed before stopping.
